Description: Explore the evolution of space at One Inventa Place in Silver Spring, MD (former home of the Discovery Channel), where an 11,248-square-foot project showcases cutting-edge tenant renovations. From meticulous demolition to the construction of new partitions and structural support, the team thoroughly crafted a state-of-the-art Sports Medicine Facility. The scope encompassed ceiling installations, impeccable finishes, and the integration of advanced mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm, and audiovisual systems. Additionally, a new entry/exit vestibule was designed, and existing stairwells were modified to enhance accessibility and flow.
