In this full tenant build-out of a first-floor mixed-use building in Washington, DC, this project showcases the expertise in renovating existing spaces to accommodate new MEP infrastructure. This comprehensive project included the installation of a full 25 Fan Coil VRF system, new electrical gear, and a new sprinkler system to ensure modern functionality and safety standards. Silva meticulously constructed new exam rooms, imaging rooms, procedure rooms, and support areas, featuring branded and custom finishes that elevate the space. Despite facing logistical and resource challenges introduced by the pandemic, SILVA mobilized in March 2020 and successfully completed the project with resilience and adaptability. Their team skillfully navigated location challenges, working on a lower-level slab on grade with limited ceiling access, demonstrating their commitment to delivering exceptional results under any circumstances.
